Adam James Fillmore, 34, of New Cumberland, passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 in his residence following a seven-year battle with diabetes.
He was a 2006 graduate of Cedar Cliff High School, Camp Hill and a dishwasher with the West Shore Country Club and prior to that, with Gullifty’s, both in Camp Hill. He loved gaming on the computer and riding his bike.
Adam was born in Harrisburg to Karen Lee (Bernhardt) Fillmore (Judith Smith) of New Cumberland and the late Billiejo Fillmore.
In addition to his mother, Adam is survived by his maternal grandmother Kathryn Fulmer (John) of Columbia, PA; his paternal grandmother Grace Butina of Harrisburg; half-brother Dakota Howell; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, February 27, 2021 in Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services, New Cumberland. A visitation will be held one hour prior to service time in the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions in Adam’s memory to either the New Cumberland Fire Department, 319 Fourth St. New Cumberland, PA 17070 or to the American Diabetes Association, 150 Monument Road, Suite 100, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004.
