Alexander Maximus Lakavage

Alexander Maximus Lakavage , age 8, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 4, 2014. Born June 22, 2006, Alex was the beloved son of Andrew and Angela (Fetrow) Lakavage of Mechanicsburg. Alex was preceded in death by his loving Grandmother (Grandma Pat). In addition to his parents, surviving are Alex’s brother and sister, four uncles, maternal grandfather and wife, paternal grandmother and two great-grandparents.
Alex was the boy with the golden heart, full of life, laughter and fun! His smile could instantly warm the heart of anyone that he met. He was an active cub scout and a dedicated student. His favorite pastime was spending time with his family, whether it be a fun game of mini golf with Mom, watching his favorite TV show with his sister, playing video games with Dad, or building Legos with his brother. Our sweet natured son was a blessing to this world for eight short years and will be missed for an eternity!
Alex’s life will be celebrated with a visitation on Thursday from 5 – 7 PM at Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, New Cumberland. Private interment will be held at a later time for the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital, P.O.
