Andrea Elaine (Zold) Karns

Andrea Elaine Karns, 70, of Monaghan Twp., Mechanicsburg, passed away on Sunday, July 11, 2021 in Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center, East Pennsboro Twp.

She was a retired surgical assistant with A. Bailey Wood Oral Surgery, Camp Hill and a graduate of Harrisburg Area Community College. Andrea was a member of Andersontown Church of God, Mechanicsburg; a member of the Red Hat Society; and enjoyed playing Pinochle and gardening.

She is survived by her husband of more than 49 years, James E. Karns; a sister, Betty Cook of Gettysburg; a brother, Robert Zold of Lewisberry; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; and her canine companion, Rocky.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Thursday, July 15, 2021 in Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services, New Cumberland with the Rev. Terry Frederick, her pastor officiating. Viewing will be one hour prior to service time in the funeral home. Entombment will be in Rolling Green Cemetery, Lower Allen Twp.
