Angela M. "Angie" Deitrick

Angela M. Deitrick, 57, of Harrisburg, passed away on Thursday, October 26, 2017 in Penn State Hershey Medical Center, Derry Twp.

She was a Vendor Business Analyst with Capital Blue Cross; a graduate of Cedar Cliff High School, Class of 1978; and a graduate of Kutztown University, Class of 1982 where she earned her BS in Criminal Justice. Angie was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, Harrisburg; the Holy Rosary Association, Paxtonia; American Legion Post 272 Ladies’ Auxiliary, Linglestown; and a number of golf leagues throughout the area.

Angie was born in Harrisburg to the late John and Sandra (Nye) Avoletta. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Therese “Teri” Reeder.

She is survived by her husband of more than 29 years, Max V. Deitrick and her daughter Taylor M. Deitrick of Harrisburg.

A memorial service will be held at 7 pm on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 in Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services, New Cumberland. Visitation with the family will be held from 5 – 7 pm Tuesday in the funeral home.
