Annette Marie Draksler, 77, of Camp Hill died Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at Select Specialty Hospital, Harrisburg.
A graduate of Bishop McDevitt High School, she was a retired supervisor in the data control department at the former Mechanicsburg Navy Depot after 34 years of service. She also was a server at Hardings Restaurant in Camp Hill for over 20 years.
She was born December 15, 1941 in Harrisburg to Anthony and Romaine (Neiman) Bahoric, Sr.
Annette (affectionately known as Nettie) was a kind, loving, devoted and generous woman who always wore a beautiful smile, even during difficult times. She loved her family and friends dearly. She was a fantastic cook, loved to garden and was always ready to dress to the 9's to celebrate joyous occasions with loved ones, especially if cheering for the Pittsburgh Steelers was in order. Our Mom was tough as nails, and sweet as pie. Nettie was beautiful in every sense of the word.
Most importantly, Mom loved the Lord. She put her full and complete faith in her Savior and Lord Jesus Christ. She truly was in love with the Lord and talked to him always. One of her favorite scriptures was, “ Eye has not seen, ear has not heard, nor has entered into the imagination of man or woman, what God has prepared for those who love Him”. Mom loved God, and she’s getting her eternal reward in Heaven as you read this.
She is survived by her son, Jeffrey A. Romualdi and daughter in law, Diane of Annville; daughter, Jennifer J. Lepley and son in law, Michael of Mechanicsburg; brother John Bahoric and sister in law, Donna of Oberlin; sister Rosemary Semic and brother in law, David of Harrisburg; grandson Adam Lepley of Mechanicsburg; two nieces and two nephews, and many special friends whom she had remained close with for over 40 years.
Visitation will be from 9:30 to 10:30am at Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11am Wednesday at St. Theresa Catholic Church, New Cumberland. Committal will follow in Rolling Green Cemetery, Camp Hill.
Memorial contributions are requested to Domestic Violence Services of Cumberland and Perry Counties.
