Antoinette Carmella (Fiorentino) Hildebrand

Antoinette Carmella (Fiorentino) Hildebrand, 73, of Bridgeport and formerly of Skippack, passed away peacefully on January 3, 2015, at the Penn State Hershey Medical Center with her daughters by her side, following a courageous battle with cancer.
She was a 1959 graduate of Bridgeport High School. Antoinette was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. She loved and was deeply proud of her children and grandchildren and enjoyed attending their school functions and was an enthusiastic fan at their sporting events as well as many other special occasions in their lives. Antoinette owned and operated Hildebrand Antiques in Skippack Village and found great joy and pride in refinishing antiques and decorating her shop. In later years, she retired from Devon Consulting and Upper Merion School District. Antoinette was an avid Philadelphia Sports fan and particularly enjoyed watching the Eagles, Flyers, and Phillies.
Antoinette is survived by her loving daughters and their husbands, Sharon and Bill Bixler of Camp Hill, and Renee and Larry Hagerty of Jericho, VT; her grandchildren, Tyler and Ryan Bixler of Camp Hill, and Trent and Lauren Hagerty of Jericho, VT; her longtime companion, John Evan Jr. of Bridgeport; sisters, Erma Doyle of Collegeville and Phyllis Tarantino (Tony) of Bridgeport; many nieces and nephews. Born on July 18th, 1941, in Bridgeport, she was the daughter of the late Luigi and Madaleine (DiCaprio) Fiorentino. She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Mary, Carmen, Julia, Edith, Lawrence, Louis, and Roselie.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM on Saturday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, 502 Ford Street, Bridgeport, with the Rev. James J. Shea as Celebrant. Burial will be private in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Upper Allen Twp.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the Mass in the church.
