Arlene Elizabeth Zeiders

Arlene Elizabeth “Dee Dee” Zeiders, 90, formerly of Harrisburg and Mechanicsburg, passed away on Saturday, July 7, 2018 in Providence Place, York.

She was a retired Special Education Aide with the West Shore School District and a 1945 graduate of John Harris High School, Harrisburg.

Mrs. Zeiders was born in Harrisburg to the late Isaac and Dorothy (Kauffman) Crum and was the widow of Elmer H. Zeiders.

She is survived by her three sons, Stephen L. Zeiders and wife Annie of Mesa, AZ, Richard L. Zeiders and wife Debra of Mechanicsburg and Mark A. Zeiders and wife Elaine of Dillsburg; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 3 pm on Friday, July 13, 2018 in Rolling Green Cemetery, Lower Allen Twp. A viewing will be held from 1:30-2:30 pm Friday in Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services, New Cumberland.

The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Providence Place and Heartland Hospice of York for the excellent care and genuine concern shown to their mother during her stay there.
