Arlene G. (Matter) Kolva

Arlene G. (Matter) Kolva, 91, formerly of Lewisberry, passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2019 in The Bridges at Bent Creek, Silver Spring Twp.

Arlene was born in Fisherville, Dauphin County to the late Charles and Fanny (Fetterhoff) Matter. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking, walking and shopping, but more than anything, her life revolved around caring for her family.

She was the widow of Galen W. Kolva and is survived by her children, Nancy A. Opolonik and husband John J. of Newburg, Jeffrey A. Kolva and wife Bernadette M. of Lewisberry and Lisa J. Herb and husband Thomas R. of Lewisberry; her brother Harry Matter of Halifax; four grandchildren, Tanya M. Ziegler, Briana M. Benkoski, Andrew M. Kolva and Bryson T. Herb; and ten great grandchildren. Arlene was also preceded in death by a son Ronald E. Kolva.

Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
