Barry Thomas Boblick, 72, of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania passed away on January 8, 2022 surrounded by his family. Barry was born on August 13, 1949 in Shamokin, PA to Margaret and Thomas “Mike” Boblick. Barry is survived by his wife of 49 years, Vicki and his children Geoffrey (Jill), their children Hannah, Macy and Michael; Timothy (Lauren) their children Braden, Emerson and Braxton.

Barry is a graduate of Our Lady of Lourdes High School where he excelled in sports. Barry continued his basketball career at Susquehanna University where he was inducted into the Sports Hall of Fame as well as the Pennsylvania State Hall of Fame. He spent the majority of his professional career in the insurance industry working for various carriers and retiring from Lincoln General.

Barry was actively involved in the community as a youth baseball and basketball coach. Barry coached basketball for the St Theresa School for over 20 years. He spent many years volunteering for the New Cumberland Youth Baseball Association as well as the Cedar Cliff Youth Baseball Association. He was highly regarded as someone who gave time to his community as a coach and mentor.

Barry was a member of the St Theresa Parish, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. He will be remembered as a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He loved and enjoyed all the grandchildren. Also survived by sisters Pamela (Bill) Augustine and Mary Lou (Rodney) Blusius and many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be planned for this Spring. A burial will be private at the convenience of the family at Rolling Green Cemetery, Camp Hill, PA. Cremation was entrusted to Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
