Bernard E. Keckler, 80, of Shiremanstown died Saturday, February 1, 2025 at his home.

He was a 1962 graduate of Gettysburg High School and later graduated from Penn State University. An Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam era, he was a retired Accountant from the Commonwealth of PA, Department of Health and a member of Christ Community Church, Camp Hill. 

He was born June 3, 1944 in Gettysburg to the late Clarence Bernard Keckler, Jr. and Gwendolyn Regina (Eiker) Keckler. He was also preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Donna Keckler.

He is survived by a sister, Linda M. Oliver (Sam) of Frederick, MD; two brothers, Larry E. Keckler (Patricia) of Fallston, MD and Richard C. Keckler of New Cumberland; and nieces and nephews, Corinne, Chelsea, Derek, Krista, and Adam; and nine grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

Visitation will be from 10am until the funeral service at 11am Monday, February 10th at Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Gettysburg.
