Betty A. (Erney) Weber

Betty A. (Erney) Weber, 82, of York Haven and formerly of Lewisberry, passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2020 in Elmcroft of Dillsburg.

She was a retired Fiscal Assistant with the PA State Liquor Control Board, Harrisburg and in retirement worked with Whales, Snails and Puppy Dog Tails Day Care, Newberrytown. She was a member of Lewisberry United Methodist Church and was active with Girl Scout Troop 257, Lewisberry and Red Land Area Soccer. But what she enjoyed most was following her grandchildren with their school functions and other activities.

Betty was born in Fairview Twp. to the late Elwood and Hazel (Yinger) Erney and she was the widow of Gerald P. Weber.

She is survived by her daughter Gail Lee Miller and husband Barry of York Haven; stepchildren, Kimberly Ann Domiano and Michael P. Weber; sisters, Gloria J. Hoover and husband Leeland, Nancy L. Wise and husband David and JoAnn Seker and husband Joseph, all of York Haven; and seven grandchildren.

In light of the current restrictions due to the COVID19 pandemic, services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Fairview Twp.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions in Betty’s memory be made to Asana Hospice and Palliative Care, 4813 Jonestown Rd. Suite 201 Harrisburg, PA 17109.
