Betty Lou Zook

Betty Lou Zook, 85, of Fairview Twp., Lewisberry, passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2023, at her home with her family at her side.

She enjoyed crafting with beads and collecting porcelain dolls. Born on December 29, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Gilbert and Lottie (Dove) Updegraff. She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Clinton E. Nelsen.

Surviving are her husband of 69 years, Eugene L. Zook; sons and a daughter, Larry E. Zook of Mechanicsburg, Gary E. Zook of Mechanicsburg, Barry E. Zook of Enola, Debra J. Nelsen of York Haven; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters; nieces and nephews.

A viewing will be held on Sunday from 2 – 4 PM at Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, New Cumberland. Crypt side services will be held at 2:30 PM on Monday in the Mausoleum of Peace at Rolling Green Cemetery, Lower Allen Twp.
