Brad A. Ort, 49, of New Cumberland, passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 in his residence following a lengthy illness.
He worked as an antiques and collectibles packing and shipping specialist, was a graduate of Cedar Cliff High School, Camp Hill, PA and attended Rasmussen University, Altamonte Springs, FL.
Brad loved music, the Baltimore Orioles, and his cat group on Twitter (#CalicoCrew), He is described by those who loved him as kind and positive. He wanted to make the world a better place, even as he was suffering through multiple illnesses and surgeries. He was a mighty warrior and a force for good in the universe.
Brad was born in Camp Hill, PA, the son of the late Donald and Bonnie (Daniels) Ort. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son Nathan William Ort.
He is survived by his loving wife of more than 22 years, Angel “Angi” (Wetzel) Ort; sisters, Amy Raymond and Beth Davis, both of New Cumberland; and a niece and nephew, Emily and Matt.
