Carolyn W. Jackson

Carolyn W. Jackson, 99, of Camp Hill, PA, passed away on Saturday, September 6, 2014, at Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill. She grew up in Maine, served as a nurse during WWII, and was the widow of Col. L.A. Jackson, Jr. She loved all critters, especially cats and birds. Carolyn is survived by her two daughters, Sandra and Sharon, by Sharon's husband Josh and daughter Sarah, by brother-in-law Sam and his wife Marriott, by sister-in-law Mary, and by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a future date as yet undetermined. Friends who want direct notice of service details may contact either the Jackson family or Parthemore Funeral Home (717-774-7721) to leave name and phone number; the family will phone you in the future when plans are firm.
