Cathy I. Houtz

Cathy I. Houtz, 61, of New Cumberland, passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2019 in her residence with her family by her side.

She was an Accounts Receivable Representative with Aetna, Harrisburg; enjoyed bowling and cooking; and the Philadelphia Phillies, Eagles and 76ers. But more than anything, she loved her family – especially her grandchildren.

Cathy was born in Harrisburg to Shirley I. (Seiple) Richmond of Harrisburg and Carl C. Houtz, Jr. of Bellefonte, PA and loved by her step father Harold L. Richmond of Harrisburg.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her children, Nathaniel P. Green, Tamara L. Taylor of New Cumberland and Antonio M. Ortiz of New Cumberland; and five grandchildren.

In keeping with Cathy’s wishes, there will be no services.
