Charles H. “Chuck” Cameron, 58, of Lewisberry, died Tuesday, August 13, 2013 in Harrisburg Hospital.
He was a retired Brick Mason for Kenneth Frazier Masonry, Dillsburg; a 1973 graduate of Camp Hill High School; an avid coin collector; and attended Bowmansdale Church of God. He was a Parent at Large for the Aquatic Cub of the West Shore and ran its Colorado Timing System and for many years has managed the inside French Fry Room for the Old Fashion Festival of the Lisburn Community Fire Company.
Chuck is survived by his wife Dawn A. (Shambaugh) Cameron; a daughter Jackie E. Cameron of Lewisberry; his mothers, Arlene Kuhnert of New Cumberland and Bonnie Kiss of Lower Allen Twp.; three brothers, Douglas Cameron of New Cumberland, Geoffrey Cameron of San Francisco, CA and Ian Cameron of Lower Allen Twp.; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, August 17, 2013 in Bowmansdale Church of God, 101 E. Lisburn Rd. Bowmansdale, PA 17055. Visitation will be one hour prior to services Saturday in the church. Committal will be at the convenience of the family.
Chuck’s family respectfully requests no flowers, but rather memorial contributions in his name to the American Heart Assn., Capital Region Division 1019 Mumma Road Wormleysburg, PA 17043.
