Charles M. Dunkelberger

Charles M. Dunkelberger, 87, of The Woods at Cedar Run, Camp Hill died Thursday, October 1, 2020 at Geisinger Holy Spirit Hospital.

A 1948 graduate of Lemoyne High School, he was a Korean War Navy Veteran, he was the Owner/Operator of CM Dunkelberger Plumbing and Heating. Later he partnered in D&T Mechanical Contracting, sold real estate for Jack Gaughen, and built homes. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, and baseball, and his greatest love was his family.

He was born June 18, 1933 in Wormleysburg. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Grace (Klinger) Coral; wife, Connie (Graham) Dunkelberger and several siblings.

He is survived by his children, Scott (Joan) of Shermans Dale, Teri Leisenring (Brian) of Leesburg, FL, Steve of Morro Bay, CA, and Sharon Mead (Bill) of Cameron, Mt; 11 grandchildren; 9.5 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be from 9:30 to 11am Tuesday at Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland. Graveside services will follow at 11:30am at Rolling Green Cemetery, Camp Hill. All are welcome.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to Chesapeake Bay Foundation or Homeland Hospice in Harrisburg.
