Clarence Leonard “Paulie” Paullus, 89, of Fairview Twp., Lewisberry, passed away on Sunday, April 22, 2018 in his residence.
He was a retired electrical engineer and mechanical engineer with AMP, Inc., Harrisburg; a WWII USAF veteran achieving the rank of Lieutenant; and a graduate of Ohio State University.
He was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church, New Cumberland and its Little Flower Club; a huge OSU fan; and enjoyed working on his farm, fishing, gardening, whittling, woodworking and traveling with his late wife Hedy.
Clarence was born in Columbus, OH to the late Clarence Bernard and Pauline Ruth (Graham) Paullus, was the widower of Claudina Hedwig “Hedy” (Schmaltz) Paullus and was preceded in death by a granddaughter Melissa M. (Worley) Barnes.
He is survived by his daughter Kathleen Mary Worley and husband Michael of Lewisberry; a brother Robert Paullus and wife Antoinette of Columbus, OH; a grandson Paul Edward Worley of Enola; and a great granddaughter Ashley Worley Harbold of Mechanicsburg.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 am on Saturday, April 28, 2018 in St. Theresa Catholic Church, 1300 Bridge St. New Cumberland. Inurnment will be in Rolling Green Cemetery, Lower Allen Twp. There will be no viewing or visitation.
