Clifford “Scott” King, 66 of Lemoyne, PA and also The Villages, FL died Thursday, November 19, 2015 at The Villages Hospice House.
He was the owner and operator of S.K. Sales. He was a member of Baughman Memorial United Methodist Church, New Cumberland and attended New Covenant United Methodist Church in The Villages. An avid golfer and Civil War buff, he enjoyed fishing, poker games, shooting pool, enjoying time with grandchildren and coaching The Strikers softball team. He served our community through Vickie’s Angel Foundation and within his church.
He was born December 11, 1948 in Harrisburg. He was preceded in death by his father Clifford E. King and five year old son, Brandon.
He is survived by his wife, Joan L. Brinton; mother, Marian H. King of New Cumberland; son, Erik S. King of South Carolina; daughter in law and son in law, Angie and Will Cook of Mechanicsburg; brother, Rex King and wife Lynne of Harrisburg; nephews, Ryan of St. Louis, MO and Logan of Philadelphia; and three grandchildren, Ariel King and Ezra and Avan Cook.
Viewing will be held from 10am until funeral services at 11am Monday, November 30th at Baughman Memorial United Methodist Church, New Cumberland. Burial will follow in Rolling Green Cemetery, Lower Allen Twp.
