Daniel J. Dalto

Daniel J. Dalto, 89, of Fairview Twp., New Cumberland, passed away Friday, February 3, 2017, at home.
He retired as a maintenance supervisor for Kampel Inc., Dillsburg, and was former employee of the PA Turnpike, TRW and Hall's Motor. Mr. Dalto was a WWII Navy Veteran and a sixty year member of St. Theresa Catholic Church, New Cumberland. Born on February 14, 1927, in Coaldale, he was the son of the late Walter and Susan (Navickas) Dalto. He was the widower of Dolores J. (Stank) Dalto.
Surviving are a son, David J. Dalto (Lisa) of Hummelstown; a daughter, Susan L. Bowen of Etters; a sister, Elaine Campbell of Waterbury, CT; four grandchildren, Christopher L. Bowen, Nicholas M. Bowen, Paige M. Dalto and Claire E. Dalto; three great grandchildren, Gavin, John and Grace.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM on Saturday, February 11, 2017, at St. Theresa Catholic Church, 1300 Bridge Street, New Cumberland with the Rev. Michael McFadden and the Rev. Msgr. Samuel Sacus concelebrating. Inurnment will be held in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, East Hanover Twp. at the convenience of the family.
