David Harris Kalemtis

David Harris Kalemtis, 63, of New Cumberland, died Monday, April 16, 2018, at his home.

He was a retired employee of DLA Distribution Susquehanna, New Cumberland; a member and an usher at St. Theresa Catholic Church, New Cumberland; a member of Knights of Columbus, Council 8921, New Cumberland and the New Cumberland River Rescue. David was born on November 11, 1954, in Pittsburgh, the son of the late Alex and Dolores (Wrobleski) Kalemtis.

Surviving are his wife of 34 years, Brenda K. (Shadow) Kalemtis; two sons, Harris D. Kalemtis and Robbie J. Kalemtis, both of New Cumberland; a sister, Debbie Canaday of Columbus, OH; several nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM on Monday at St. Theresa Catholic Church, 1300 Bridge Street, New Cumberland, with the Rev. Michael McFadden as Celebrant. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Fairview Twp.

Visitation will be held 9:30 – 10:30 AM Monday in Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, New Cumberland.
