Debra S. (Walters) Potteiger

Debra S. Potteiger, 62, of Camp Hill, passed away on Friday, December 18, 2020 in Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center, East Pennsboro Twp., with her loving family by her side.

She was a retired administrative assistant with Highmark Blue Shield, Camp Hill. Deb loved the beach, and her favorite destinations were Rehoboth Beach, DE, Oak Island, NC and the Outer Banks. She was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers, Notre Dame and Baltimore Orioles fan. But more than anything, Deb loved spending time with her grandson Dawson.

Deb was born in Mechanicsburg, the daughter of Leon and Patricia (Nichols) Walters of Mechanicsburg. She was preceded in death by a sister Leslie “Pean” Walters.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband Keith E. Potteiger; children, Melanie Martz (Brian) of Camp Hill, Amy Flinchbaugh of Mechanicsburg and Jeffrey Stouffer of Camp Hill; siblings, Kim Walters Poff of Mechanicsburg, Penny Spertzel (Rod) of New Cumberland and Wendy Kosovac (Shay) of Etters; a grandson Dawson Flinchbaugh; and many nieces and nephews.

In light of the current mandated attendance restrictions, a celebration of Deb’s life will take place on a future date when all can gather to remember her. Please continue to check back at www.Parthemore.com and the Patriot News for future service announcements.
