Dennis G. Lego

Dennis G. Lego, 78, of Lower Allen Twp., New Cumberland, died Monday, January 22, 2018, at his home.

He retired as a machinist for the former Bethlehem Steel Corporation, Steelton; a 1957 graduate of the former John Harris High School, Harrisburg; served with the PA National Guard for over 10 years; a member of V.F.W. Post 7415, and the American Legion Post 143, both of New Cumberland. Dennis enjoyed golfing and playing pool prior to losing his eyesight. Born on September 18, 1939, in Harrisburg, he was the son of the late George E. and Mary A. (Gilbert) Lego. Dennis was also preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Lego and a sister, Sally Lego.

Surviving are his wife of 57 years, Peggy A. Minnich Lego; a son, David G. Lego of Dover; a daughter, Pamela E. Parrish of Biloxi, MS; three grandchildren; three great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
