Dennis L. Boyer

Dennis L. Boyer, 76, of Lower Allen Twp., Camp Hill, passed away Saturday, September 18, 2021, at the Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center, East Pennsboro Twp.

He was the owner/operator of Dennis L. Boyer Mechanical Services, Lemoyne Pa. He had provided services to his customers since 1990. Dennis was a U.S. Army veteran serving as a Corpsman during the Viet Nam War; was a member of West Shore Baptist Church, Camp Hill, and a Mason at Lowther Manor Lodge #781 F. & A.M. He was also a member of the Blue Moon Cruisers; he was a drummer for Westshoreman Drum and Bugle Corp.

Born on Tuesday, July 10, 1945, in Harrisburg, he was the son of the late George D. Sr and Gloria J. (Schubauer) Boyer.
He was a 1962 graduate of William Penn High School in Harrisburg, PA.

Surviving are his wife of 56 years, Bonnie M. Boyer; daughters, Krista C. Snavely (Keith R.) of Camp Hill, and Tamara J. Villott (Sean P.) of Camp Hill; five grandchildren, Brendan, Aidan, Austin, Andrew and Sarah; three great grandchildren, Leilani, Isabella and Grayson; 2 brothers and a sister, George D. Boyer, Jr. of New Cumberland, Jeffrey A. Boyer Sr. of Linglestown, and Cynthia K. Friend of Carlisle; many nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at 2 pm on Friday 09/24/21 in Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, New Cumberland, with a brief Masonic service just prior to the start of the memorial service. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services. The family has asked that facial coverings are worn by all guests at all times.

Public burial with military honors will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday, September 30, 2021 in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Lower Paxton Twp..
