Edward M. Buckler

Edward M. Buckler, 63, of Halifax died Sunday, January 6, 2013 in Harrisburg Hospital.
A Marine Corps Veteran of the Vietnam War he was a Shipping Clerk for Dauphin Precision in Millersburg. He loved Star Trek, children, gardening, and fishing.
He was born October 22, 1949 in Leonardtown, MD to the late Joseph Leonard Buckler and Mary Florence Ellis Buckler. He was also preceded in death by his brothers Harry David and Jimmy and sister, Betty Ann.
He is survived by his wife, Pat A. (Lesher) Buckler; a daughter, Crystal Marie Wiekel (David) of Sacramento, PA; two sons, Cory Jay Romberger and his fianc Sherry Welcomer of Halifax, and Richard Buckler of Florida; six sisters, Ida Syester, Mary Skotta, Ivy Hope Buckler, Ann Cuddihy, Elsie Marie Moore, and Dorothy Havenner; six brothers, Robert Anthony, George, John Michael, Victor Lee, William, and Joseph Buckler, Jr.; seven grandchildren, Courtney, Lindsey, Summer, April, Johnny, Cadence, and his best buddy, grandson Hayden. He is also survived by his trusted four legged companion Mikey.
A Memorial Service at 1pm Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Hebron United Methodist Church, Millersburg. The family requests casual dress.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Upper Dauphin Human Services, 123 Clearfield Street, Elizabethville, PA 17023 for the benefit of the food bank.
