Elizabeth L. Walton

Elizabeth L. Walton, 68, of Lower Allen Twp., New Cumberland, passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer, at home with her husband and daughter at her side.

Betsy retired as a clerk for the Commonwealth of PA, Office of the Comptroller.

Born on September 20, 1954, in Rochester, NY, she was the daughter of the late Kathleen (Ward) Longstreet and Leigh Longstreet. She is survived by her husband Robert C. Walton, of thirty-seven years; her daughter, Meghan E. Walton of New Cumberland; brothers; Paul Longstreet, of Canandaigua NY, Dr. Peter Longstreet of Greer, SC, John Longstreet, of Las Vegas NV, and sister Mary Longstreet, of Las Vegas NV; as well as many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held from 1 PM to 2 PM on Monday the 25^th of September at Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland, PA, with a memorial service immediately following with the Rev. John Lutz officiating.
