Elverta M. Kapp, 95, of Mechanicsburg died Monday, March 10, 2014 at Golden Living Center, E. Pennsboro Twp.
She was a retired inspector from Carlisle Tire and Wheel Company. She attended St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Mechanicsburg.
The widow of George E. Kapp, she was also preceded in death by a grandson, Todd Stiffler. She is survived by a son, Jack L. (Nancy) of Mechanicsburg; two daughters, Nannette G. Forney of Virginia Beach, VA and Winnie K. Sullivan (Tim) of Mechanicsburg; six grandchildren, Barbara and Kirk Kapp, Christopher and Steven Forney, Beth Pollard, and Mark Stiffler; eight great-grandchildren, Stacy Kapp, Danielle Forney, Brian Brink, Mandy and Katie Pollard, Melinda, Shawn, and Carrie Stiffler.
Viewing will be from 4 to 6pm Friday at Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland.
Funeral services will be held at 10am Saturday at the funeral home with Pastor Randall J. Marburger officiating. Burial will follow in Rolling Green Cemetery, Lower Allen Twp.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to St. Mark Evangelical Lutheran Church, 117 W. Keller St., Mechanicsburg, PA 17055
