Ernest Francis Lashendock

Ernest Francis Lashendock, 91, of Camp Hill, passed away on Monday, March 13, 2023 at The Woods at Cedar Run, Camp Hill, PA.

Ernie was an accomplished Pharmacist with Rea & Derrick Drug Stores, in the Harrisburg area. He was also an Army Veteran of the Post-WWII Europe and Patriot until his last day. He was elected Chairman of the Board for PA Pharmaceutical Association and is a member of Saint Theresa Roman Catholic Church, New Cumberland, PA

Ernest was born in Keiser, PA to Michael Lashendock and Mary Katch. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Brother, Matthew Lashendock, and first wife, Gwendolyn Woodruff.

Ernest is survived by his wife, of 36-years, Rosemary Lashendock and her Family; brother, Michael Lashendock, and three sons Mark, Stewart, and Alexander Lashendock. He has a granddaughter, Mary Kate Piccini who is the mother of six of his great-grandchildren. He has three grandsons Joshua, Kristian, and Wesley Lashendock.

Viewings will be from 5 to 7pm Monday and 10 to 10:30am Tuesday at Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11am Tuesday at St. Theresa Catholic Church, New Cumberland followed by Committal with Military Honors at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Hanover Twp.
