Evelyn M. Noval

Evelyn M. Noval, 94, formerly of Lower Allen Twp. passed away Sunday, November 3, 2013 at Emeritus at Creekview, Mechanicsburg.
Evelyn was born February 18, 1919 in Carbondale, PA to the late Frank and Mabel Ryan. She was also preceded in death by her husbands, Jesus Noval and Othnel Kipp and five brothers.
She was retired from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and was the previous owner of the By-Pass Diner on Herr Street in Harrisburg.
Evelyn is survived by her sisters, Betty Bunting, Honesdale, PA and Marie (Jim) Muncey of Wingdale, NY and her brother Merle H. (Joyce) Ryan of Fairview Twp.; nieces and nephews; and a dear friend, Mary Ann Ingream of Lower Allen Twp.
Viewing will be at 1pm followed by funeral services at 2pm Wednesday at Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland. Burial will follow in Rolling Green Cemetery, Lower Allen Twp.
