Frances Jane Jones

Frances Jane Jones, 92, formerly of New Cumberland, passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at Country Meadows Retirement Community, Hampden Township.

A graduate of William Penn High School, Harrisburg, Fran would retire from the PA Public Utilities Commission after 30 years as a clerk typist. Family was everything to Fran, and her greatest joy in life came from watching them grow.

Surviving Fran are her three children, Carol A. Patrick (husband, Timothy) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Patty Stroup (husband, John) of Camp Hill, and Bob Jones of Myrtle Beach; grandchildren, Edward W. Swartz Jr., Ryan Stroup, and Brandon Stroup (wife, Kelley), and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three siblings, Joseph Pallini, Dorothy Boyanowski, and her twin brother, Stephen Pallini.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
