Francoise L. Acox, 95, formerly of Lemoyne and New Hampshire, passed away on Saturday, July 26, 2014 in Emeritus of Harrisburg, Susquehanna Twp.
She was a retired Inventory Manager for NAVSEC, Hyattsville, MD and a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church, New Cumberland, its Little Flower Club and a member of NARFE Chapter 1816, Mechanicsburg.
Mrs. Acox was born in Leominster, MA to the late Albert L. and Blanche J. Courchene.
She was the widow of David H. Acox, Sr. and is survived by her children, David H. Acox, Jr. of Melbourne, FL, Dottie L. Mercurio and husband Michael of Harrisburg and Susan F. Samuel of Sacramento, CA; four grandchildren, Brian G. Butler, Matthew D. Butler, Zachary D. Acox and T. McCray Samuel; two great grandchildren, Morgan L. Butler and T.J. Samuel; and many nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am on Wednesday, July 30, 2014 in her church. Visitation will be from 9:30-10:30 am Wednesday in Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services, New Cumberland. Inurnment will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Upper Allen Twp.
