Gladys M. Moyer

Gladys M. (Barry) Moyer, 92, of Claremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Carlisle, formerly of New Cumberland and Elizabethville died Sunday, January 24, 2016 at the Center.
She was a retired cahier from Karns Foods and also worked at the former Greenburgs in New Cumberland. She was a member of Fishing Creek Salem United Methodist Church, Etters, New Cumberland Golden Age Club, Red Land Senior Center, American Legion Auxiliary Post 974, and Fraternal Order of Foresters.
She was born December 25, 1923 in Elizabethville to the late Harry A. and Doris I. (Richards) Barry. She was the widow of James H. Moyer.
She is survived by two daughters: Patricia A. Thomas (Tom) of Etters and Michele E. Moyer (Ron Hollister) of Carlisle; a brother, Robert E. Barry of Enola; four grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held from 9:30am until funeral services at 10:30am Saturday at Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland. Entombment will follow in Rolling Green Cemetery, Lower Allen Twp.
