Glenn A. Hyatt, 89, of Lower Allen Twp., New Cumberland, died Monday, May 1, 2017, at Harrisburg Hospital.
He retired as a Sales Engineer for Fisher Controls, Coraopolis; a WWII Navy veteran; a member of Christ Presbyterian Church, Camp Hill; the Hershey Italian Club and was a lifetime member of the V.F.W. Post #7415, New Cumberland. Born on July 20, 1927, in Coraopolis, he was the son of the late Harry D. and Alma G. (Obenreder) Hyatt. Mr. Hyatt was the widow of Joan Kuhlman Hyatt.
Surviving are two sons, Michael G. of Frackville and Thomas M. (Dee) of Camp Hill; a daughter, Claire E. Ringle (Eric) of Spring, TX; two brothers, Melvin L. of McKees Rocks, and Wayne S. of Coraopolis; four grandchildren, Erica Ringle, Pamela Ringle, Leann Hyatt and Andrew Hyatt; three great grandchildren, Evan, Brendan and Luke.
Memorial services will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, May 13, at Christ Presbyterian Church, Camp Hill, with The Rev. Ellen Crawford True officiating. Visitation with the family will be held one hour prior to the services in the church.
