Hazel Long completed her life and service here on earth and moved to live with our Heavenly Father on July 1, 2023. She was born in Bath, PA, on December 22,1938 to the late Paul and Catherine Haftel.
She graduated from Catasauqua High School in 1956 and the Allentown Hospital School of Nursing in 1959. She also enjoyed volunteering with the Hospice of Central Pennsylvania. She and her husband, Jim, have been longtime members of Camp Hill Presbyterian Church.
As a couple, the two enjoyed cruises and traveling. Hazel especially liked searching for wildlife at twilight during trips to national parks, and in later years, she took great pride in caring for her grandchildren and cheering them on at their youth soccer and lacrosse games.
