Howard A. Coyer, Iii

Howard A. “Coy” Coyer, III, GMC, US Navy, retired, 51, of Moyock, NC, formerly of New Cumberland died Friday, May 5, 2017.
He was born February 13, 1966 in Camp Hill, PA. He was preceded in death by his father, Howard A Coyer, Jr.
He is survived by his mother and step-father Claire and John Terrill of New Cumberland; step-sister, Lorree Terrill Guydish (Matt) of Easton; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and nephews; and the woman who captured his heart, Corrine Rose. He was loved and will be missed by many who knew him throughout the world. He was a person who had many best friends.
Navy tours included several Middle East and European operations. As a member of Seal Team 2, he served several tours in Iraq. After retiring from the US Navy he was a highly respected Weapons and Tactics instructor for Academi in Moyock (formerly Blackwater). He enjoyed hunting and was a Life Member of the NRA.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am Thursday, May 11 at St. Theresa Catholic Church, New Cumberland. Committal will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Upper Allen Twp.
Visitation will be Wednesday evening, May 10, from 5 to 7pm at Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland.
