James E. Knoche, Jr.

James E. Knoche Jr., 59, of Camp Hill, passed away on March 10, 2025. He was born on March 21, 1965, in Lebanon, PA, to James Sr. and Donna (Lehman) Knoche. James lived a life filled with joy, adventure, and a deep love for family and friends. He dedicated his career to the transportation industry as a truck driver for Waste Management, where he was known for his hard work and commitment. He had an adventurous spirit, often spending time hiking the breathtaking trails at the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon or landscaping.

An avid fan of music, sports, particularly the Minnesota Vikings, James found joy in every moment spent with those he loved. His warm heart and infectious laughter made him a cherished presence at social gatherings, whether they were casual get-togethers or spirited church events.

James is survived by his beloved wife, Lucy Knoche; his loving mother, Donna Knoche; his sisters, Jill (John) Rowe and Jennifer (Thomas) Bower; step-children, Nicole (Michael), Jonathan (Alissa), Elle, David (Tiara), and Victoria (Tyler); nieces and nephews, J.C. (Madison), Jessica (Matthew), Dominic, and Carter, as well as several cherished step-grandchildren: Phoenix, Hailey, Jay, Rocco, Brooklyn, Luca, Carson, Alaina, and Hunter. He is preceded in death by his father, James Knoche, Sr.

A visitation will be held at Parthemore Funeral Home on Saturday, March 29, 2025 from 1PM-3PM with a memorial service to follow. The family will have a reception afterwards at Celebration Community Church, 1048 South Mountain Road, Dillsburg, PA 17019.  In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Department of Veteran Affairs.
