James S. Anderson

James S. Anderson, 69, of Mechanicsburg, died Saturday, February 16, 2013 in Claremont Nursing Rehabilitation Center, Carlisle.
He was retired from Pennsylvania Power Light, Harrisburg.
James was born in Harrisburg to the late Orville and Mary (Yingst) Anderson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, James S., Jr. and a sister Barbara J. Henry.
He is survived by a son Christopher W. Anderson of Lemoyne; a daughter Michelle E. Bixler of Woburn, MA; a sister Emily R. Leader; and five grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 1:30 pm on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 in Rolling Green Cemetery, Lower Allen Twp. There will be no viewing or visitation.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are encouraged to the West Shore Bureau of Fire, 510 Herman Ave. Lemoyne, PA 17043.
