Janice M. Goudy

Janice (Jan) M. Goudy, 81, of New Cumberland died Friday, June 19, 2020 at her home surrounded by family.

She enjoyed reading Stephen King novels, watching movies, spending time with her grandchildren, and going to the New Cumberland VFW and American Legion as a social member.

For those who knew her, she was genuinely one of the kindest, sweetest, loving people you could know. She always put her family before herself and she will be greatly missed.

She was born January 31, 1939 in La Crosse, WI to the late Edmond and Ruth (Becker) Anderson.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Leon F. Goudy, Sr.; son, Leon Jr. (Kim) of Lewisberry; daughter, Beth A. Purcell (Byron) of New Cumberland; siblings Wallace Anderson and Bette Rommes of La Crosse, WI; and five grandchildren, Heather, Brandon, Devon, Victoria, and Scarlett.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
