Janis R. Blizzard

Janis R. Blizzard, 77 of New Cumberland died Saturday, November 28, 2015, at her sister’s home in Carlisle, surrounded by loved ones.
She was retired from the former CCNB. She loved her family, dining out, bingo, and travelling, especially to the beach.
She was born October 6, 1938 in Carlisle to the late Donald and Ruth (Hale) Failor. She was the widow of Linwood Blizzard and also proceeded in death by her siblings Russell Failor, Donna Weber, and Paulette Fry and by her grandson, Glenn Donovan.
She is survived by two daughters, Lisa Blizzard of West Orange, NJ (Matthew Sternstein) and Kimberly Blizzard of Shermans Dale (Glenn Simmons); two sisters, Wendy McNiff of Danvers, MA (James) and Sharon Rich of Carlisle (James); a brother, Donald Failor of Shermans Dale (Michelle); and her granddaughter Samantha Sternstein.
Viewing will be from 10am until funeral services at 11am Saturday at Community United Methodist Church, New Cumberland. Burial will follow in Rolling Green Cemetery, Lower Allen Twp.
