Jean Ida Wagner

Jean Ida Wagner, 79, of Camp Hill, passed away on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 in Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center, East Pennsboro Twp.

Jean was born in London, England, the daughter of the late Earl and Edith (Pratt) Cline.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by siblings, Ronald Pratt, Judith Kemble, and Charles Cline.

Jean has always been a caregiver.  She helped care for her younger siblings, she was always willing to help someone in need, and above all else, she was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. 

Jean was a retired nurse having worked at the State Hospital in Harrisburg, Health South (Encompass Rehabilitation) in Mechanicsburg, and in Private Care.  Jean was an active member of Eberly’s Mill Church of God, Camp Hill and enjoyed many church groups. Her congregation became an extended family and brought her much joy. 

Jean is survived by her children, Kenneth E. Cline of Carlisle, Jessica L. Bucher (Jeffrey) of Duncannon and Jeri L. Kramer (Todd) of New Cumberland; siblings, Joyce Stouffer, Peggy Moore, and Linda Garay; grandchildren, Jamie, Heather, Amanda, Candice, Brandi, Ryan, Kassidy, Kaylee, and Kendall; and six great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 11am on Saturday in Eberly’s Mill Church of God, 115 Creek Rd. Camp Hill, PA 17011 with the Rev. Anthony D. Zumbo, her pastor officiating.  A visitation with the family will be held one hour prior to service time in the church.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions in Jean’s memory to Eberly’s Mill Church of God, or you could do something kind for someone in need, in Jean’s honor.
