Jeanne E. Hart

Jeanne E. Hart, 89, of Port Charlotte, FL, formerly of New Cumberland, PA, passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2017.

She was the daughter of Benjamin P. and Blanche Mowrey, born January 18, 1928 in New Cumberland. Jean was a bookkeeper for the Borough of New Cumberland for many years and a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, New Cumberland. She moved to Port Charlotte in 2011, and was a member of First Baptist Church. Jean enjoyed knitting, painting, and reading.

Jean will be greatly missed by her daughter, Barbara Dunkle and husband Pat; granddaughters, Jennifer Clark and husband Shane, and Deborah Juriga and husband Jarod; 2 great-granddaughters; 2 great-grandsons; and a sister, Doris A. Mowrey. In addition to her parents, Jeanne was preceded in death by her husband Charles H. Hart and brother Benjamin P. Mowrey, Jr.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
