Joann M. Shatto

JoAnn M. Shatto, 88, of East Pennsboro Twp., passed away Monday, March 23, 2015 in Harrisburg Hospital.
She was retired from the PA Public Utility Commission, Harrisburg and a graduate of Gettysburg High School and Thompson Institute.
JoAnn was the widow of Ross W. Shatto, Jr. and is survived by her children, Ross W. Shatto, III of New York, NY, Dennis J. Shatto and wife Susan of New Cumberland and Shelley E. Hertzler and husband Chris of San Jose, CA; two granddaughters, Sarah L. Keller and husband Daniel and Leigh Ann Shatto; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, March 28, 2015 in Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services, New Cumberland. Visitation with JoAnn’s family will be from 10-11 am Saturday in the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to honor JoAnn’s memory are encouraged to any charity of the donor’s choice.
