Joseph S. Sierotowicz

Joseph S. Sierotowicz, 90, of Summerfield, FL, and formerly of New Cumberland, PA, passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2013.

Born in West Conshohocken, PA, on June 5,, 1923, he was the son of the late Stanley and Bertha (Grabowski) Sierotowicz. He was an Army veteran of WWII; retired from Continental Insurance, York; a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church, Summerfield, FL; the Polish Club of Belleview and the Accordion Club of Ocala.

Joseph was preceded in death by his wives, Alice E. (Sheehan) Sierotowicz and Agnes (Peltz) Sierotowicz. He is survived by his wife, Ann Tucker- Sierotowicz; children, Mary Ann Starr, Carolyn Nilsen (Ronald), Joseph Sierotowicz (Barbara), Stanley Sierotowicz (Terry), Frances Sierotowicz; sisters, Caroline Rieger and Frances Gorski; seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, step-children and many friends.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11am Thursday, October 31, 2013, with family to accept friends one hour prior to Mass at St. Theresa Catholic Church, 11528 US 301, Belleview, FL 34420. An additional visitation will be held Monday, November 4, from 1 – 2 PM in Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, New Cumberland, PA, followed by burial in Resurrection Cemetery, West Hanover Twp., PA.
