Joyce L. Long

Joyce L. Long, 86, of Bethany Village, Lower Allen Twp., and formerly of New Cumberland, died at her residence on Thursday, November 16, 2017.

She retired as an Executive Secretary for Pennsylvania Power and Light, Harrisburg, with 35 years of service; a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, New Cumberland, and the PP&L Live Wires Club. Born on December 1, 1930, she was the daughter of the late R. Dewey and Beatrice E. (Walker) Long. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Jean E. Long.
She is survived by many cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Tuesday at Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, New Cumberland, with the Reverends Arun Andrews and Carl Ford Peterson officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Fairview Twp.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to services in the funeral home.
