Judy M. Griffin

Judy M. Griffin, 86, of New Cumberland died Monday, April 25 at Community General Osteopathic Hospital, Lower Paxton Twp.
She was a retired Crossing Guard for the West Shore School District. She received her BA from Penn State University in 1953 and was a member of the “Famous 500.” She was a member of Faith United Church of Christ where she served as church secretary for many years. Judy was an avid reader and she loved old movie musicals.
She was born February 3, 1930 in Ebensburg to the late Howard Clifton and Julia (Jones) McWilliams. She was the widow of Harry J. Griffin.
She is survived by two daughters, Margaret G. “Meg” McKnight (Bill) of Mechanicsburg and Karen A. Griffin of New Cumberland; and many nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be from 9 until funeral services at 10am Saturday at Faith United Church of Christ, New Cumberland. Interment will be at 2:30 at Locustwood Cemetery, Cherry Hill, NJ.
