Karen Lee Johnson, 75, of Raleigh, NC, and formerly of Enola, died Monday, September 5, 2022, in Lewisberry.
She retired as a claims supervisor for State Auto Mutual Insurance, Co., Mechanicsburg; a 1965 graduate of Cedar Cliff High School; a 1969 graduate of Shippensburg University with a Bachelor of Science degree; a distributor for Market America; and former deacon at Christ Presbyterian Church, Camp Hill.
Born in Mechanicsburg on March 19, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Harry M. and Audrey E. (Vance) Kimmel. Surviving are her husband, Hardie B. Johnson; a son, Kevin T. Harnish and his wife, Brenda, of Elizabethtown; three grandchildren, Hunter O., Elizabeth P., and Audrey T.; two sisters, Kathy L. Wearing of Antioch, TN, and Karyle L. Lindsay of Camp Hill; nieces, nephews and friends. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
Graveside services will be held at 11 AM on Friday in Rolling Green Cemetery, Lower Allen Twp.
