Karen Weikert

Karen Weikert, 63, of Camp Hill, passed away on Friday, September 9, 2016 in Penn State Hershey Medical Center, Derry Twp.
She was a retired medical records secretary with Rubin Orthopedics, Mechanicsburg and more recently a pharmacy technician with Rite Aid, New Cumberland. She was a graduate of Hershey High School. Karen was an avid bowler, and above all, she was a devoted, loving grandmother.
Karen was born in Butler, PA to the late Paul and Louise (Criste) Rittelmann. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Richard and Daniel Rittelmann.
She is survived by her husband of more than forty two years, Thomas W. Weikert; two daughters, Megan Johnston and husband Matthew of Carlisle and Katie Faley of New Cumberland; three siblings, Sandra Rubin of Mechanicsburg, David Rittelmann of Hummelstown and Paulette Rittelmann of Mount Joy; and four grandchildren, Mackenzie and Ethan Johnston and Cameron and Riley Faley.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Thursday, September 15, 2016 in Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services, New Cumberland. Visitation will be from 9:30 – 11 am Thursday in the funeral home. Burial will be in Rolling Green Cemetery, Lower Allen Twp.
