Kathryn M. Greiner

Kathryn M. Greiner, 69, of Mechanicsburg, passed away on Sunday, September 12, 2021 in her residence with her loving husband at her side.

Kathryn was a retired Certified Public Accountant with the Pennsylvania Conservancy, Carlisle. She was a graduate of Sterling High School, Magnolia, NJ and received her BS in Economics from Muhlenberg College, Allentown. She enjoyed gardening and reading (especially romance novels), but more than anything, Kathryn loved spending time with her grandson, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

Kathryn was born in Philadelphia, PA, daughter of the late William J. and Marjorie J. (Harris) Dougherty. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother William Dougherty.

She is survived by her husband of more than 47 years, Robert A. Greiner; daughters, Pamela Jean Greiner and Andrea Ekaterina Greiner, both of Mechanicsburg; sisters, Marjorie Morton of IL, Patricia Helt of CO, Nancy Michalov of NH and Linda Dougherty of WA; and a grandson Dimitri Greiner.

Burial will be held at the convenience of the family in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, East Hanover Twp., PA.
