Kenneth J. Keim, 86, of New Cumberland, passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 in The Church of God Home, Carlisle.
He was a retired tool & die maker with AMP, Inc., Harrisburg for 42 years. Ken was a 1956 graduate of John Harris High School, Harrisburg and an active member of Trinity Church of New Cumberland where he was a past Trustee of the church and past treasurer of the Christian Men’s Sunday School class.
Ken was born in Harrisburg, the son of the late Marlin and Linda (Walborn) Keim. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister Shirley Lentz.
He is survived by his loving wife of more than 60 years, Sally (Minskey) Keim; children, Kimberly Niederreither and husband Michael of Etters, Kendall Bankert and husband Scott of New Cumberland and Steven Keim of Chandler, AZ; seven grandchildren, Marisa Bennett (Mike), Bret Niederreither, Carly Wolf (Alex), Carson, Sloane, Brady and Warner Keim; and three great-grandchildren, Braxton and Oaklee Bennett and Cooper Wolf.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 am on Monday, January 8, 2024 in Trinity Church of New Cumberland, 415 Bridge St. New Cumberland, PA with his pastors, Rev. Arun Andrews and Rev. Carl F. Peterson officiating. Visitation with the family will be held from 10:30 – 11:30 am Monday in the church. Burial will be in Rolling Green Cemetery, Lower Allen Twp.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions in Ken’s memory to Trinity Church of New Cumberland at the address above.
