Kenneth L. Flickinger

Kenneth L. Flickinger, 74, of New Cumberland, died Saturday, March 29, 2014 in Harrisburg Hospital with his wife by his side.
He was a retired Division Vice President for Jones Motor Group, Limerick, PA and an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War. Additionally, he was a member of the VFW Post 7415, New Cumberland.
Ken was born in Reamstown, Lancaster County to the late Marvin and Grace (Overholser) Flickinger.
He is survived by his wife D.J. (Mentzer) Flickinger; two sons, Mark E. Flickinger and wife Cynthia of Austin, TX and Matthew S. Flickinger of Honolulu, HI; two stepsons, Bill L. Donnelly and wife Tina of Manheim and Richard J. Tamanosky, II of New Cumberland; and a stepdaughter Amy-Jo M. Tamanosky of Crofton, MD; a brother Thomas N. of Bakersfield, CA; and three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 4, 2014 at 11 am in Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services, New Cumberland. Viewing will be from 6-8 pm Thursday evening in the funeral home. Burial with military honors will be at 12:30 pm Friday in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, East Hanover Twp.
